The WordPress admin panel no longer allows creating new Google Ads accounts.

Hi everyone, I recently encountered an issue during testing where I couldn't create an ad account when connecting to Google GMC from the WordPress admin panel using Google for WooCommerce.

The message displayed was "Permission denied" or "Unable to create," as shown in the image below:

Previously, this method allowed users to bypass credit card linking, but Google fixed this bug in April. Google hasn't provided any details about the fix, so it's no longer working.
